COVID-19 labelling

It's important to have legible and clear signage to inform staff, customers, guests, etc. about COVID-19 guidelines. With Brother's solutions, you can print durable labels with a broad selection of colours and widths.

Our labels can be applied for both indoor and outdoor use as they are resistant to water, sunlight, chemicals & abrasion, and you can even clean them without making the labels fade.

You can choose between a number of templates, or customise the labels on the basis of exactly your needs. Also, you can adjust the length of the label to make it fit everywhere.

Download our free templates

We have included 15 templates in 4 sizes for the most common type of safety signs needed by businesses and shops.

The sizes available are:

  • 24mm and 36mm folders  - for use with P-touch label printers with a 24mm or 36mm TZe tape installed
  • 62mm and 103mm folders - for use with QL label printers with a 62mm or 103mm DK roll installed

To use these templates:

1. If you have recently purchased a P-touch or QL label printer, install P-touch Editor and the printer driver as part of the initial setup.
2. Install a 24mm or a 36mm TZe tape (P-touch), or a 62mm or 103mm DK roll (QL).
3. Start P-touch Editor.
4. Click "Open" on the left hand side menu bar then select "Computer".
5. Click on the "Look in:" drop-down list and browse to the folder where you have unzipped these files.
6. Select the template folder suitable for the width of label installed in your label printer.
7. Click once on each template to see a preview of the label.
8. Click "Open" to open your required template.
9. You can then simply print the template "as-is", or edit the text to suit your needs before printing.
